This means sleep not affected by lights, alcohol, noise or drugs. 7-8 solid hours a sleep each and every night lowers body inflammation. This means sleeping well helps with arthritis, any type of soreness, heart disease, cancers and sickness and anything else related to inflammation (pretty much every body ailment).
