With marathon season coming around, here are a couple of interesting bits of information. First, marathons weaken the immune system. This means if you are training for a marathon, you should avoid being out in public and especially avoid sick people. Additionally, if you are getting an immunization, its a good idea to exercise moderately, but not strenuously.
