A trick for eating less: change the color, size and weight of your plate. Simply serving the dishes on heavier plates causes the human mind to think that they are fuller quicker. Putting food on a white plate also has a similar effect. The effects aren’t fully aunderstood, but they are real and do exist. Additionally if the plate is smaller, the body perceives there to be more food taken in. Try all of these options and see if it works for you.
