VOIP or No Landline/No Home Phone
Prime Medical Alert recognizes offers several options for those who have no home or landline telephone connection or have a true VOIP connection. Simply mention that you either have no phone line (landline) or use a VOIP home phone service provider. If your provider is on neither list, simply call us at 800-723-6442 and a friendly Prime Medical Alert representative will be more than happy to assist you.
