The Medipendant is one of our best selling products and has a clear advantage over other medical alert pendants. In most standard medical alarm pendants, the speaker is located in the base station usually in a centrally placed location.

This revolutionizes the PERS market because the operator is actually able to have a clear conversation with the client in distress. This is not always true with the Traditional unit we offer. If the door is closed or the client is outside the house or even several rooms away, communication degrades.

Similar to our Traditional unit, the client simply presses a button to alert our operators an emergency is taking place. Since there is clear communication, it is easier for the client to make specific requests such as "call my neighbor" or "send an ambulance." The operator waits on the line with them until help arrives.
