Weekly Fish Consumption Lowers Alzheimer Risk by 38%

Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh have come out with a study supporting regular fish consumption. The result was a direct correlation between weekly fish consumption and higher volumes of working hippocampus, posterior cingulate and orbital frontal cortex parts of the brain. The results were a stunning reduction of 38%; accounting and adjusting for all other factors such as education, age, gender and physical activity.
